Pretty Posy Reloved is an online boutique specializing in preloved clothing for women, and children. We offer a curated selection of gently used garments, focusing on quality, style, and sustainability. We repurpose these garments with a few new touches to give it a new life.

Ordering and Payments
To place an order, browse our online store, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout to complete your order by providing your shipping details and payment information.
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other secure online payment options.
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are confirmed. Please double-check your order before finalizing the purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping through PUDO Locker at our expense. Parcels are sent every three months, and customers are responsible for dropping off their parcels in the locker once they receive the code and PIN from us.
You will receive a code and PIN via email when it is time for you to drop off your parcel. Ensure you check your email regularly for this information.
Parcels should be dropped off at the designated PUDO Locker.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for items that meet our Refund & Returns Policy. Items must be returned in their original condition within the specified time frame. Please refer to our returns policy for detailed instructions.
If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions provided in our Refund & Returns Policy. Ensure that the item is in its original condition and includes all tags and packaging.
