Sort & Pack
Carefully go through your wardrobe and select clothing in new or like-new condition. We only accept pieces that meet our high-quality standards—think trendy, freshly cleaned, and free from any wear, tears, or stains. Please note, we require a minimum of 20 items.
Drop Off Your Box
Order a free waybill through our website and drop your parcel at your nearest PUDO point. If you prefer, you can also arrange your own courier for faster processing.

We Handle the Rest
Once we receive your box, we’ll carefully review each item. After our assessment, we’ll send you a quote, giving you the option to get paid via EFT or receive 20% extra with store credit valid for a year!

Know before you sell
At Pretty Posy Reloved, we aim to offer high-quality preloved items. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Kids’ Clothing: New or like-new condition, from newborn to 10 years, including baby carriers, reusable nappies, and sleeping bags.
- Women’s Clothing: Trendy, in-season clothing in excellent condition.
- Maternity Wear: Specially designed maternity clothing, not just regular large-sized clothes.
- Freshly Cleaned Clothes: All items must be clean and ready to wear.
- A Minimum of 20 Items: Please ensure your submission meets this minimum. If you have fewer items, feel free to contact us.
To maintain our quality standards, we do not accept the following:
- Clothes with Wear and Tear: Stains, holes, tears, pilling, fading, shrinkage, or any visible signs of wear.
- Damaged Garments: Missing buttons, broken zips, cracked logos, or damaged seams.
- Items with Pet Hair or Bad Smells
- Underwear, Socks, and Other Intimate Items
- Homemade Garments
- Shoes
- Clothing with Excessive Branding or Outdated Styles
- Item Condition: All clothing must be in new or like-new condition. We reserve the right to reject any items that do not meet our selection criteria.
- Assessment: Upon receiving your items, we will assess them based on condition, style, and demand. If items do not meet our criteria, we may reject the entire batch or only some items.
- Minimum Requirement: A minimum of 20 items is required per submission. If you have fewer than 20 items, please get in touch with us before sending.
- Shipping: We offer a free waybill for Pudo Parcels once every three months. Any additional weight or volume may incur extra shipping fees.
- Payment: You will receive a quote within 4 weeks after we’ve reviewed your submission. Payment can be made via EFT or store credit. Choosing store credit will earn you 20% more.
- Rejected Items: Items that don’t meet our criteria will either be donated to a local charity or returned to you at your expense. Please make sure to indicate your preference when submitting.
- Final Sale: All accepted items are considered final once payment has been processed. Pretty Posy Reloved will not return any accepted clothing after payout.
- Liability: While we take great care with every submission, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping.
