Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
At Pretty Posy Reloved, our refund and returns policy lasts for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. We only accept returns for clothing and gift cards.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Items purchased with store credit
- Sale items
Return Process
All returns must be approved via email before sending the item(s) back to us. Once approved, returns must be sent at the customer’s expense to the following address:

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
For purchases made with store credit, no monetary refunds will be issued. Store credit, once issued, cannot be converted back to cash or refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing may take time.
- Contact your bank for further details.
If you have completed all of these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send an email to hi@prettyposy.co.za and mail your item to The Courier Guy, 5 Kelvin Street, Kimberley, 8301, at your own expense.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Store Credit Policy
Once store credit is issued, it cannot be converted into cash or refunded. Store credit can be used for future purchases and is valid for a year. If you opt for store credit over an EFT, you will receive 20% more than the cash value.
